WHY MEDIATION ??  To avoid the extreme amounts of time, costly expenses and emotional trauma associated with litigation, most ALL clients prefer mediation. I boast a 90+ % success rates in over 500 cases.

HOW QUICKLY CAN WE RESOLVE A CASE ??

All cases require time, however some disputes are resolved the same day !!  Most cases require weeks, sometimes months, but in 99% of all cases, they are resolved far sooner than the courts can even BEGIN to hear them.
